Prices are in euros and include Dutch VAT. Track and stem allowances reset every billing month; unused allowance does not carry over.

Payment and renewal

• You pay the first month when you subscribe. Your plan then renews automatically every month, and Mollie charges the same payment method.
• If a payment fails, we let you know. If it still fails, your access stops at the end of the month you paid for.
• We email you an invoice (PDF) after every payment; you can also find all your invoices on your account page.
• A few days before each renewal we email you the date and amount we'll collect.

Changing plans

• Upgrade (for example Starter to Pro, or Pro to Ultimate): takes effect as soon as you've paid the first month of the new plan.
• Downgrade (for example Ultimate to Pro, or Pro to Starter): takes effect at the start of your next billing month. Until then you keep your current plan.
• Ultimate and the plug-in: the VYRS plug-in works while you have Ultimate. After a downgrade it stops working in your DAW; files you already downloaded stay yours.

Song packs

• Members can buy extra tracks in packs (5 for €5,99, 10 for €9,99, 25 for €19,99), with one payment. They are used after your monthly tracks and don't expire at the end of the month; they stay as long as you have an account and a plan.
• You get the tracks right away, so the right of withdrawal ends once you start using them (you confirm this when buying). Unused packs aren't refunded in money.

Promotions

• Promotions are for new members. The discount applies to the number of months the promotion says; after that your plan renews at the normal price. We tell you the price before every renewal.

Gift vouchers

• A gift voucher gives months of a plan, paid once. There is no subscription and nothing renews; when the months are over, the member chooses whether to continue with a plan.
• A voucher is valid for 2 years after purchase and can be redeemed once. It can't be exchanged for money.
• Changed your mind? You can cancel a voucher that hasn't been redeemed within 14 days of buying it, for a full refund: email support@vyrs.ai.
• If the person who redeems it is paying for a plan, that plan stops renewing and the gift starts when their paid month ends.

Workshops

• Workshops are live, on a fixed date and time. Free workshops only need an account; for paid ones you pay the price shown when you book (members may get a lower price).
• Because a workshop takes place on a fixed date, there is no 14-day right of withdrawal (you confirm this when booking). Instead: cancel your seat up to 48 hours before the start and you get your money back. After that, there's no refund, but your seat goes to someone on the waiting list.
• If we cancel or move a workshop, you get your money back in full (if it moves, you can also keep your seat).
• Workshops can be recorded. People with a seat can watch the recording afterwards, for as long as we offer it. What the host shows and says stays theirs; please don't record or share the stream or the recording yourself.

Invite friends

• Every member has a personal invite link. When someone joins through it and starts a plan (their first payment), they get 5 extra tracks and you get 10, for at most 20 friends a year. Extra tracks work like song packs and can't be exchanged for money.
• Inviting yourself, using fake accounts or spamming your link doesn't count, and we may take the extra tracks back.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time in your account page. You won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the month you already paid for. We don't refund partial months, unless you withdraw within 14 days (below) or the law requires it.

Right of withdrawal (consumers)

As a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason.

When you subscribe, you ask us to start right away and you confirm that:

• for tracks, stems and other digital content already made for you, you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as they are delivered; and
• if you withdraw within 14 days, you pay a proportional amount for the days you used the service.

To withdraw, email support@vyrs.ai with your name and account email, saying you withdraw from your subscription. You may use the model form below, but you don't have to. We refund the first payment, minus the proportional amount, within 14 days, using the same payment method.

Price changes

We may change prices, for example because of costs or inflation. We email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.

Business customers

If you subscribe as a business, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Everything else on this page does.
