Affiliate Terms

These terms apply to the VYRS affiliate programme, run by CloudFreaks B.V. ("we"). By applying you agree to them, together with the Community Guidelines.

How it works

• Apply on the affiliate page. We review every application and may refuse one without giving reasons.
• Once approved you get a personal link (?ref=YOURCODE) and a media kit with logos and banners.
• Someone counts as yours when they first come to VYRS through your link and create an account within 90 days on the same device. The first link they used counts.

What you earn

• 20% of what a member you brought pays us, excluding VAT, for the first 12 months after they sign up. This includes plans and song packs, not gift vouchers.
• No commission on payments that are refunded or charged back; if that happens after we paid you, we deduct it from your next payout.
• You can't earn on your own account or accounts of your own household.

Payouts

• We pay monthly by bank transfer once your open balance is €50 or more. Add your bank details in your affiliate dashboard.
• If you are a business, add your company name and VAT number; you then send us an invoice for the amount, or we pay on a self-billing basis that you agree to in the dashboard. Private individuals are responsible for declaring the income themselves.
• Balances under €50 stay open. If the programme or your participation ends, we pay out a remaining balance of €10 or more.

Code of conduct

• Be honest. Say that you're an affiliate when you share your link (for example "affiliate link" or "#ad"), as the law and the platforms require.
• Don't promise what VYRS doesn't do, don't make up prices, discounts or results, and don't use the VYRS name in paid search ads, domain names or social handles.
• No spam: no unsolicited bulk email or messages, no fake reviews, no cookie stuffing, no paying people to sign up, no ads on sites with illegal, hateful or adult content.
• Use only the logos and banners from the media kit and don't change them.
• You are not an employee or agent of VYRS and can't make agreements on our behalf.

Ending

You can stop at any time. We can pause or end your participation, with immediate effect if you break these terms; commission earned through breaking them is not paid. We may change the programme or these terms with 30 days' notice by email; commission already earned stays yours.

Personal data

We use your name, email address, bank details and the statistics of your link to run the programme and to pay you (see the Privacy Policy). You only see totals about the members you bring, never who they are.
